To use the Service, you must register through our official Telegram bot. Each user is assigned a unique account with login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. Banned users will lose access to the Service and any remaining coin balance.
The Service uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") to facilitate transactions. Coins can be purchased through the methods specified within the Service.
The Service may offer a daily free usage limit for video processing (excluding subtitle generation and TikTok uploads). Free usage is subject to eligibility criteria and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process through the Service. We do not review, monitor, or endorse user-uploaded content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
All uploaded and processed content is automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours. We do not maintain long-term copies of your content.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize the Service to publish videos to your TikTok account on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account from the Auto Upload page.
When using the TikTok upload feature, you agree to comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any actions TikTok may take regarding content published through our Service.
Scheduled uploads are processed using Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30). We make reasonable efforts to execute scheduled uploads at the specified time, but cannot guarantee exact timing due to server load and network conditions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, TikTok, Google, Groq). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
